摘要
以市售常见几种蔬菜为试验材料,依据NO-3与水杨酸在酸性介质(浓硫酸)中的显色反应,设计了一种建立在目视比色法基础上的快速测定蔬菜中硝酸盐污染程度的方法。试验结果表明:该方法测定蔬菜中硝酸盐污染程度的时间仅为12~15min,判定结果与国标法相符。
Using some vegetables sold in market as the experiment materials, based on the reaction that in a conc. sulfuric acid medium NO^-3 acting, as an oxidizing agent, reacts with salicylic acid, a method of fast determining nitrate pollution in vegetable was devised. Results of this method and those of Chinese standard method are in accordance. The determination process with this method requires twelve to fifteen minutes.
