摘要
目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗肛裂的疗效。方法:将MEBO涂抹于肛裂处及肛门内,每日涂抹2次直至痊愈。结果:96例病人使用MEBO治疗后疼痛明显减轻。治疗3-5天后裂口逐渐变为新鲜红润,周围炎症逐渐消退,检查时触压痛减轻。本组96例经治疗后全部治愈。愈合后创面粘膜呈淡红色,愈合后粘膜弹性好,肛门无狭窄,指诊柔软无硬结。愈合时间最短8天,最长17天,平均愈合时间11.4±2.9天。结论:MEBO可减轻肛门疼痛,促进创面再生与修复,方法简便,疗程短。MEBO在临床上可以作为一种安全、有效的肛裂局部治疗药物。
Objective: To Observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating anal fissure. Method: MEBO was applied to the fissure area, 2 times a day, until the wounds healed. Result: 96 cases of this disease were treated with MEBO. Pain was relieved quickly after MEBO application. The fissure area turned fresh and ruddy in 3 to 5 days and inflammation around the wound subsided gradually. Examination: Haphalge-sia was lessened. All the patients were cured. After wound healing the mucous membrane was pink in color with good elasticity and no scleroma. No anal stricture happened. The shortest wound healing time was 8 days and the longest 17 days with an average of 11. 4 ± 2. 9 days. Conclusion: MEBO can relieve pain in the anus and promote wound regeneration and repair. It is easy and simple. The treating course is short. MEBO is an efficacious and reliable remedy for treating anal fissure.
