摘要
针对风机是化肥生产过程中的关键设备,出口气体恒压系统是其重要环节之一,介绍了用微电脑技术和变频器来实现罗茨风机出口气体压力的稳定,以取代原调节副线的方法,对节约电能、降低产品成本、提高控制质量以及延长电机及风机等有关设备的使用寿命具有重要意义。其主要关键技术在于变频与工频风机并机工作时,防止风机出口气体对变频风机的回灌,防止变频风机的喘振和无扰切换。
The fan is a key equipment during the manufacture of chemical fertilizer, and the pressure-preserving system com- bined plays a rather important role. The paper presents a new method to keep the pressure of the outgoing gas stable, using a micro-computer and a transducer to replace theoriginal bypass-regulation method. The new method has its serveral significant advantages such as: less power consumption, lower cost, better control performance, and extended working hours of relevent equipment. A key idea of this new technique is to let both fans with industry-frequency and variant-frequncy work together, thus keeping the outgoing gas from going backward to the variant-frequency fan, and keeping the fan from useless vibrating and undisturbed switching effectively. The real operation has been working very well.
