摘要 目的探讨Bcl2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法收集2002~2004年乳腺癌根治术标本90例,采用免疫组化法检测乳腺癌中Bcl2,CerbB2和ER、PR的表达,并分析Bcl2与预后因子CerbB2、ER、PR及淋巴结转移的关系。结果Bcl2阳性率为60%(54/90),其表达与预后正性因子ER、PR呈正相关,而与预后负性因子CerbB2、腋窝淋巴结转移呈负相关,其差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论Bcl2高表达是乳腺癌预后的正性相关因子之一。 Objective To explore the expression and prognosis predicting value of Bcl 2 in breast cancer.Methods The expressions of Bcl 2,ER,PR and C erbB 2 were detected by IHC method in 90 cases of breast cancer since 2002 to 2004. The correlation between Bcl 2 and ER, PR,C erbB 2 and lymphnode metastasis were analyzed. Results The over expression of Bcl 2 existed in 54 cases of 90 breast cancer(60%). It was positively related with prognosis positive predicting factors such as ER, PR, while negatively related with prognosis negative predicting factors such as C erbB 2 and lymphnode metastasis. Conclusion In breast cancer, the over expression of Bcl 2 was one of the positive prognosis predicting factors.
