摘要
通过对先进制造环境、先进制造技术及统计过程控制的内涵诠释,指出先进制造环境不仅要求技术上,而更应在理念上具有先进性;基于先进制造环境下的质量理念,使统计过程控制成为先进制造技术中的重要组成部分;统计过程控制的实现形式将是系统的计算机化、网络化及集成化等,而统计过程控制系统为在先进制造环境中新质量理念的实现,提供了有力的物质保障与支持。
Advanced manufacturing environment not only requires the advancement in technology, but also and more important in concept, this article shows the importance of SPC(Statistic Process Control) in advanced production environment. It brings about the view that SPC is an important part in advanced production environment and points out that its form of expression will be the automatic SPC system. The new quality viewpoint in advanced manufacturing environment makes the system computerized, networkablized, integrationalized, etc. In order to realize the new quality concept, the SPC system provides forceful physical guarantee and support.
