摘要
本文介绍了一种随机选取评委的应用系统的设计思想和具体实现,该系统的特点是能根据给定的条件随机抽取专家组成评审委员会,从而避免评委选取中的人为因素,体现选取的公正性。
This paper introduces the design thought and realization method of an applied system with random select the syndic of committee.The characteristics of that system can according to the give term randomly select ecperts to constitute the jury,but avoid to select by examinations the artificial factor of the inside,and is a syndic of committee fair that select by examinations now.
