摘要
为解决常用的直角坐标法、极坐标法在分析共轭齿廓时费时、费力且计算量大的困难.从齿轮啮合基本原理出发,用齿形法求解齿轮啮合的共轭齿形.根据坐标旋转变换的基本原理解决了共轭齿廓的求解问题,并已应用于相应的齿轮产品设计开发中.
In view of the fact that it is time-consuming and strenuous with a great deal of calculation to analyze the conjugate tooth profile with the methods of rectangular coordinate and pole coordinate,this paper solves the question of conjugate tooth profile according to the basic principle of rotating transition of coordinate,and this method has already been applied in the design and development of gear products.
