摘要
本文简要地介绍了办公自动化的发展过程,分析了其常用的功能、特点,以及内容分类,论述了目前办公自动化系统的技术支撑和实现,并指出政府办公自动化系统在开发和应用中存在的问题和解决思路。对系统的推广使用具有一定的参考意义。
This paper makes a brief introduction about the development of office automation, analyzes its general functions, features and content classifications, discusses the present technical support and implementation of the office automation system, and points out the problems in the development and application of government office automation system as well as the ideas of solving these problems. This paper is of referential value to the popularization of the office automation system.
