摘要
讨论了在知识经济时代,图书馆员的角色将由单一化向多元化转变,图书馆应把人力资源放在首位,通过对图书馆人员的重组,培养创新型人才,才能使图书馆在知识经济时代实现新的特色。
The role change of a librarian in the information era from simplification to multiplication is studied.The human resources must be put in the first place in a library.New features of librarian will be achieved in the informa- tion era by regrouping the librarians and cultivating creative personel.
