摘要
针对埕岛油田中心二号生活平台剧烈振动的问题进行研究,通过理论分析、数值计算、模拟实验和现场测试,认为生活平台剧烈振动主要是由于导管架与桩的相对运动引起的。另外,海底冲刷造成导管架泥线处淘空,使导管架在泥线处失去约束,降低了结构的侧向刚度,进而加剧了平台的振动。根据问题产生的原因,采取了灌浆加抛石的治理方案。结果表明,这种方法既消除了导管架与桩的相对运动,又提高了基础的约束作用,最大减振幅度达到89%,实现了预期的减振目标。指出:浅海油田不宜采用直立式非灌浆桩腿导管架平台,平台设计时应考虑淘空的影响,采取相应措施,避免淘空降低平台的侧向刚度。
With the theoretical analysis, numerical calculation, simulative ex periment and field test, the main cause of strong vibration at the living platf orm of Chengdao Oilfield Central Platform No.2 was founded, that was the relati ve movement between jacket and piles. Afterwards, the treatment of using grouti ng and riprap was carried out, and the anticipative object of vibration-reducin g was realized. This method not only eliminated the relative movement between ja cket and piles, but also increased the foundational constraint action. The maxi mum amplitude of vibration was reduced by 89%.
