摘要
在酸性条件下 ,以钼酸铵为催化剂 ,对葡萄糖发生差相异构反应生成甘露糖进行了实验研究 ;考察了葡萄糖溶液的浓度、pH值、反应温度、反应时间及催化剂加入量等因素对葡萄糖转化率的影响 ;通过正交试验分析 ,确定了葡萄糖转化率达到最大值的条件为 :pH值 3、反应温度1 50℃、钼酸铵加入量 1 % (对干计葡萄糖量 )、反应时间 1 2 0min ,葡萄糖的转化率为 3 2 .1 3 %。
This paper studied the producing mannose from dextrose by catalyzing effect of ammonium molybdate under acidic conditions by isomerous experiments. Studies were also carried out on the effect of dextrose's conversion by the concentration of dextrose , pH, test temperature, test time and the amount of the catalyzer. The results by the orthogonal experiment demonstrated the condition of the detrose's highest conversion is: (1) pH=3; (2) T=150 ℃; (3) the amount of the catalyzer is 1 %; (4) t=120 min. Under these conditions, the detrose's highest conversion is 32.13 %.
