论述了干法腈纶的成色理论,分别从DMF质量、聚合物质量、原液配制、废丝溶解4个方面说明了对b值的影响,得出了对b值影响最大的因素是DMF碱度、重金属(Fe3+)和氧。
Discuss Theory of form color in PAN of dry-spinning process,explain effect of b value from quality of DMF?quality of polymer?preparation of polymer solution and waste fibre,it is conclusion that the supreme effects on b value are alkalinity of DMF?heavy metal(Fe 3+ )and oxygen.
