It was found that inhibitory effects of EtOH extraction of Dendrobium chrysotoxum and eriani confusarin and chrysotoxene separated from D.chrysotoxum on HePA and ESC.The results showed that all compounds and the extraction had notable antitumour activity.The antitumor ratio on HePA was 29.10%￣50.82%,and on ESC was 51.96%￣62.25%.
