钢激光淬火后固态焊接过程中的原子扩散 被引量:1

摘要 40Cr/T10A钢经激光表面淬火预处理后,在56.6MPa预压应力下,加热至780℃保温7.5min后即可实现高质量的固态焊接.对接头区组织、成分、显微硬度的观测表明,焊接过程中发生了C向40Cr侧、Cr向T10A侧的互扩散和反应扩散.激光淬火组织的超细化、淬火组织在焊接加热过程中的扩散型相变、以及预压力下的塑性变形均为原子的快速扩散提供了条件. After pretreated by surface laser quenching, the 40Cr steel and T10A steel could be solid - state welded successfully in the conditions of pre - pressure 56. 6Mpa, welding temperature 780℃ and remainning time 7. 5 minutes. The microstructure, composition of microzone and microhardness of the joint of specimen after welding are analyzed. results show that the commutative diffusion and the reactive diffusion of C and Cr occurred in welding. ultrafine structure after laser quenching, diffusion transformation of quenching structure and plastic deformation under pre - pressure in welding provide conditions of quick diffusion to atom.
