2型糖尿病早期肾损害与血清同型半胱氨酸的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸与2型糖尿病早期肾损害的关系。方法根据糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白排泄量分组同时检测血清同型半胱氨酸浓度。结果糖尿病患者血清同型半胱氨酸浓度较正常对照组明显升高,随着蛋白尿的增多而血清同型半胱氨酸也相应增加。结论同型半胱氨酸促进糖尿病肾病的发生和发展。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between the early renal injury in type 2 diabetes patients and the plasma homocysteine concentration. Methods The serum homocysteine in 100 patients with diabetes and 50 healthy volunteers were measured. Results The plasma homocysteine concentrations in patients with diabetes were higher than healthy volunteers.The plasma homocysteine concentrations in patients with diabetic nephropathy were higher than those whose kidney was normal. Conclusion There is a close relationship between the plasma homocysteine and diabetic nephropathy.
