摘要
用机械摩擦法去血管内皮后,苯福林(Phe)预收缩的兔主动脉环不能被乙酰胆碱舒张,而甲基莲心碱(Nef)使之舒张的程度与内皮完整者相似。Nef温育10min可明显抑制phe的依内,外钙性缩血管作用,而对组胺的依内,外钙性缩血管作用抑制较弱。Nef尚对苯甲酸钠咖啡因在无钙液中收缩兔肠系膜动脉的作用有抑制,本文提示Nef的扩张血管作用无血管内皮依赖性;其对血管的作用机理可能主要与其抗X1肾上腺素受体及抗内钙释放有关。
After the endothelium being removedmechanically, the rabbit aortic rings(RA R) pre-contracted with phenylephrine(Phe) cant be relaxedby acetvlcholine,while can be relaxed by neferine(Nef)nearly to the same extent as in those with the intactendothelium Preincubation of Nef with RAR for 10min signifieantly inhibited the two phase vasoeonstri-ction of Phe but showed a weak effeet on that of histamine. Nef also showed an inhibitory effeet on the contraetive aetion of eaffeine in the rabbit mesenterieartery rings in the Ca2+ free medium. The results sug-gest that the vasodilative action of Nef is independentof endothelium.whereas is closely related to itsa1-adrenoceptor blocking and Ca2+-releasinginhibitory actions.
