摘要
ISO9000国际质量管理标准引入医院的目的是提高医疗服务质量,要想进一步增强医院的核心竞争力,促进医院的可持续发展,必须深入遵循ISO9000标准,紧紧抓住ISO9000标准质量管理的要点,做到高度重视“以病员为关注焦点”,大力倡导全员参与,加强医疗服务的过程管理,力争做到持续改进。
The aim of introducing ISO9000 standards to our hospital was to improve the quality of medical service. The core competitiveness of the hospital was strengthened and the sustainable development was promoted by closely abiding by the main points of ISO9000 and emphasizing 'patient-focused service' strongly. Total employee involvement (TEI) was advocated to strengthen the process management of medical service and to obtain a persistent improvement.
