摘要 通过对优秀排球、体操、短跑运动员在不同高度下跳深动作中的运动学与动力学特征的测试。结果表明踏跳总时间、着台瞬刻的膝角、重心缓冲距、缓冲时间、蹬伸的幅度、重心腾起高度及垂直冲击力曲线带有明显的专业特色;最大缓冲膝角、最大蹬伸膝角及T蹬/T缓具有普遍性。选择不同跳深高度所产生的踏跳效果与不同专项及运动员自身承载能力密切相关。 Through test of the dynamics characteristics of drop jump from different height of the athletes of volleyball, gymnastics and sprint, the result shows that diff erent events has its own speciality in the length of time beating the board, the moment angle before beating the board, the cushioning distance of the center of gravity, the length of time of cushioning, the amplitude of the knee angle from the position of the knew maximum cushioning to the position of maximum stretchi ng etc. However, a general feature has been in the knee angle at the moment of m aximum cushioning, the moment of maximum extending and the rate between the leng th of time of cushioning and extending. Effects coming from the selection of dif ferent drop jump highness have close relationship with the different speciality of athletes and their carrying capacity of lower limbs.
