摘要
本文提出基于GSM移动通信网GPRS (generalpacketradioservice)功能的远程移动心电监护系统,对心电信号进行自动监测、分析、语音告警,并建立病人的心电数据电子病历档案和网络共享,运行费用低廉,具有临床应用意义。
This paper presents development of a portable electrocardiograph over GSM (Globe System for Mobile) networks to allow on-line remote monitoring and diagnosing cardiac diseases from the specialist of telemonitoring center or hospital. This prototype has been satisfactorily implemented with a good balance among expense, optimal signal processing and low power consumption. The system was integrated with a GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) modem, SMT (Surface Mounting Technology) and low-voltage microcontroller. The patient ECG database was built up, shared on Internet among hospitals.
