摘要
在水介质中不改变活塞的行程的条件下,利用单因素法原理,对设计的不同活塞与阀球直径的比值进行实验研究,测量出不同直径比值条件下的计量误差,从中找出相应条件下活塞直径与阀球直径的最佳比例关系,并给出了其拟合曲线图及数学公式,供柱塞泵设计人员参考。
Utilizing single factor principle,without changing the journey of the piston in water medium,a large number of experiments was made for the designed different diameter ratio of piston and valve ball,from which the measurement error under different conditions was measured,the best proportionate relationship of the diameter of the piston and diameter of valve ball,the fitting curve graph and mathematics formula were gotten.It can be a reference for valve designer.
