摘要
对塑料三通管进行了工艺分析,并设计了注塑成形模具。在模具中巧妙设计了浮动式液压二次抽芯机构,解决了塑料顺水三通管小管径连接处弧形孔的成型,同时还设计了液压系统来控制三个油缸的开合动作顺序,避免了从三个方向抽芯脱模时型芯之间的动作干涉问题。实际生产证明,该模具设计合理、动作可靠。
The injection process of the plastic three-way pipe was analyzed, and the injection mold was designed. Demolding of the arc hole at junction of the three-way pipe was solved by floating hydraulic pressure two-times core pulling mechanism.A hydraulic pressure system was designed to control the opening and shutting movement order of three cylinders,which avoids interfere problem between cores when drawing cores and opening die from three directions.It is proved in practice that this mold has a reasonable design and reliable motion.
