摘要
为了能在普通Y3150E型滚齿机上加工出鼓形齿,对其进行了简易数控改造。改造后的滚齿机既维持原机床的加工性能,又扩大了加工范围。制作的数控系统具有结构简单、驱动力大、价格低、抗干扰性能强、安装调试方便等特点。本文主要对研制的简易数控系统的构成、工作原理、硬件电路和软件编程进行了叙述。
A Y3150E model hobbing machine was restructured simply in order to machine drum gear,and the structure of system,operating principle,hardware circuitry and software programme were described.The restructured machine maintains original capability and extends its machining scope.The developed NC system has many characteristics such as simple structure,strong drive,low cost,powerful anti-jamming capability,convenient setting and debugging.
