制造企业的支持性人力资源实践、柔性战略与公司绩效 被引量:57

摘要 本文以上海、江苏和广东三地122家制造企业为样本企业,采用层级回归分析的方法,检测了中国背景下制造企业的支持性人力资源实践与公司绩效的联系,同时也检测了不同柔性战略对"支持性人力资源实践—公司绩效"的调和作用。研究结果表明,支持性人力资源实践与公司绩效有一般的联系,然而与不同的公司绩效、有特别联系的支持性人力资源实践是不同的;新产品柔性战略对"支持性人力资源实践—公司绩效"没有表现出调和作用,而市场调整柔性战略则表现了较明显的调和作用。
