三维超声测定子宫内膜容积预测IVFET结局 被引量:10

摘要 目的:评价三维(3D)超声测定子宫内膜容积在预测体外受精胚胎移植(IVFET)结局中的作用。方法:对124例行IVFET的患者在HCG注射当天进行超声测定子宫内膜的厚度和容积。结果:妊娠组(48例)和未妊娠组(76例)在HCG注射当天测得的子宫内膜厚度、内膜容积、子宫容积两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。子宫内膜容积和厚度的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.532和0.523。子宫内膜容积<2.0ml的5例患者,无一例发生妊娠。结论:子宫内膜容积和子宫内膜厚度不能预测IVFET结局。但子宫内膜容积测定可指导是否行ET。 Objective: To evaluate the role of three-di mensional (3D) ultrasonogr aphic measurement of the endometrial volume in predicting pregnancy in an IVF-ET program. Methods: The transvaginal 3D ultrasonographic examination was performe d to obtain the endometrial thickness and volume in one hundred twenty-four pati ents in IVF-ET program on the day of HCG administration.Results: The mean endom etrial thickness (1.02± 0.26cm), endometrial volume (5.53± 2.25ml), and serum estradiol level (15614.93±11487.02pmol/ml) in forty-eight pregnant patients on the day of HCG administration didn't differ statistically from the respective va lues in seventy-six non-pregnant patients (1.07± 0.32cm,6.21± 2.81ml,17581.8 0±14054.57pmol/ml) (P>0.05). Receiver-operating characteristic curve showed tha t the area under curve (AUC) was 0.532 for endometrial volume and (0.523) for endo metrial thickness. Minimum endometrial volume of 2.0 ml was prerequisite for pre gnancy, no minimum endometrial thickness for pregnancy was found. Co nclusions: Neither endometrial volume nor endometrial thickness on t h e day of HCG administration can predict the outcome of pregnancy in an IVF-ET pr ogram. But the measurement of endometrial volume may conduct whether to perform ET.
