新疆陆地棉转木霉几丁质酶基因棉花的初步筛选 被引量:6

摘要 利用花粉管通道法将构建在植物表达载体pART27上的抗黄萎病基因木霉几丁质酶(Trichodermachi-tinase)基因,导入新疆4个陆地棉品种(系)中,经标记基因阳性试验和病圃抗病性检测,获得T2代具有较高的抗病性植株30株。 Trichoderma chitinase gene in plant expression vector, pART27, was transformed into 4 cultivars(lines) of Xinjiang upland cotton by pollen-tube pathway method. 30 Trichoderma chitinase gene-transgenic in T_2 plants with satisfactory resistance to verticillum wilt was obtained through selectable marker gene identified as positive strain and cotton-resistant check.
