摘要
以4 -甲酰基苯甲酸甲酯和吡咯为原料,微波辐射合成了5, 10, 15, 20 -四(4- 甲氧羰基苯基)卟啉。其结构经UV, 1HNMR, IR及元素分析表征。对反应条件进行了探讨,结果表明:在4 -甲酰基苯甲酸甲酯10mmol,n(4 -甲酰基苯甲酸甲酯)∶n(吡咯) =1. 0∶1. 5,丙酸/二甲苯为介质, 195W间歇辐射16min的最佳反应条件下,收率22%。
5,10,15,20-Tetra(4-methoxycarbonylphenyl)porphyrin was synthesized from 4-formacylmethyl benzoate and pyrrol under microwave irradiation. The structure was characterized by UV, 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. Under the optimum reaction condition: 4-formacylmethyl benzoate was 10 mmol, n(4-formacylmethyl benzoate) ∶n(pyrrol)=1.0 ∶1.5, propionic acid-xylene as medium, 195 W microwave intermission irradiation 16 min, the yield was 22%.
