烤烟叶片腺毛发育过程的扫描电镜观察 被引量:29

摘要 通过扫描电镜对烤烟叶片腺毛生长发育过程的形态学特征进行观察,结果表明,不同类型腺毛发育进程不一致,长柄腺毛发育较短柄腺毛早;单细胞腺头腺毛和分枝腺毛在叶片成熟过程中,腺头开裂-溢泌-干缩-脱落的过程比多细胞腺头腺毛快;当叶片生长到定长时,长柄腺毛腺头颜色加深,表面开始皱缩并开裂,随后内含物从开裂处溢泌出来;叶片成熟时,腺头与柄连接处细胞开始萎缩,腺头细胞内含物全部溢出,并可观察到短柄多细胞腺头腺毛出现二次发育现象;叶片进入过熟阶段,腺头开始断折,分泌物大量干缩、脱落,或者整个腺毛从叶表脱落. Morphological characters of trichomes on developing flue-cured tobacco leaf were observed by scan electronic microscope.Results showed that: Trichomes developing course wasn't coincident. Such as, long stalk trichomes developed earlier than the short ones, and the courses of trichome head opening, secreting, drying, shrinking & desquamating were earlier in unicell glandular trichome and branched trichome than it did in multicell glandular trichome. When leaf grown into its utmost length, the head of long stalk trichome became dark yellow, and the surface of the trichome head became crimpling and slitting. Immediately the inclusions were secreted from the head slit. When tobacco leaf ripping, the cell connecting glandular head to stalk began to shrink, and the inclusions in the head secreted completely. When tobacco leaf overriping, the glandular head broken off. Most of the secretions began drying, shrinking and desquamating, even completely desquamating from the leaf surface.
