二异辛基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼的研究

摘要 采用新型催化剂代替传统工艺中的强酸、强碱,成功研制出二异辛基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼,合成工艺简单、生产成本低、污染小,对合成工艺进行了深入探讨,考察了反应温度、反应时间、配料比等因素对产物性能的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。 The molybdenum diisooctyl dithiophosphate additive was prepared by using the new type catalyst instead of the strong acid and strong base in traditional technics, with simple technique, lower cost and light pollution. Its synthetic technique was discussed also. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and matching stock ratio on the performances of target products were investigated, determining the optimum process conditions.
