摘要 新出厂变压器油要经过脱水、脱气、过滤的过程,目的是降低油的90℃的介损值,但结果常常相反。某些油经处理后90℃介损值不降反升。为弄清原因,在实验室制作了多种不同生产条件,不同配比的变压器油样,考察各种油样在处理前后的表现,试图从变压器油的生产环节中找出新变压器油介损不稳定的原因,研究证明:变压器油生产过程中的剂油比、白土加入温度、添加剂、剂量等对产品质量产生一定影响,环烷基变压器油介损不稳定现象好于石蜡基油,用电环反应理论可以解释新变压器油介损不稳定原因。 The new transformer oil needs to dewater, degas and filter in order to decrease its tanδ at 90℃. But the result often is opposite, which means some oil's tanδ increase instead of decrease after being treated at the same temperature. In order to approach the reasons, the transformer oil samples at different conditions or ratios at lab are made to examine their performances before and after treatment, attempt to find the reasons of new transformer oil tanδ's unstability from the production process. The study shows that the solvent-oil ratio,additive and dosage in the technological process can affect the quality of the products. The naphthenic-base transformer oil tanδ's unstability is better than the paraffin-base oil'. This reason can be interpreted with the theory of electricity-ring reaction.
