摘要
以丙烯酸甲酯为原料,经酰胺化反应、Michael加成反应、氯化环合反应合成2-甲基-3(2H)-异噻唑酮及其5-氯衍生物。初步探讨了反应物配比,反应温度及时间等因素对产物收率的影响。
Methyl-3(2H )-isothiazolone and its 5-chloro derivative were synthesized from methyl acrylate by amidation, Michael addition and chlorinationcyclization.The optimum reaction conditions were disscused.
