摘要
以PLC为核心,扩展人机界面和A/D、D/A模块组成了控制系统,配以电液比例阀和压力变送器,实现了压力比例控制。分析了影响控制的主要因素,采用查表插值方法提高了张紧力的控制性能。
Control system for tension force, which is centered on PLC extended with man-computer interface and A/D, D/A module, is equipped with electro-hydraulic proportional valve and pressure transducer to realize proportional control as pressure. The paper analyses main factors that influence control, and adopt interpolation method on a look-up table to improve control performance for tension force
