摘要
本文利用k ε两方程模型建立了锡槽流场和温度场三维模型 ,通过对不同槽底设置时的锡液流动和温度情况进行模拟和分析 ,研究了锡槽深度的变化形式对锡槽前端液流的紊乱性的影响 ,分析了槽底设置对锡液在拉薄区的横向温度分布的影响 ,指出锡槽入口处槽底深度设置存在一个最优设置区间 ,建议采用坡度在i=+0 .75左右的槽深处设置。
Three-dimensional k-ε two-equation model for velocity field and temperature field of molten tin was developed in the present paper. Through the simulation and analysis for distribution of velocity and temperature in different conditions of bath bottom, the effects of bottom settings on turbulence of tin flow were studied. And the relation between the bottom settings and temperature distribution in stretching section was also investigated. The results show that there is an optimum range for the bottom settings of bath entry. A gradient of 3 in 4 or so in depth change of bath bottom is recommended.
