摘要
采用粉末致密化发泡 (PCF)工艺制备了AlSi6泡沫 ,研究了各工艺参数对AlSi6泡沫制备及结构的影响规律 ,得出了实验条件下的优化工艺参数配置 ,对制备过程及影响孔结构的因素进行了分析 ,进行了AlSi6泡沫压缩性能的测试 ,分析并获得了AlSi6泡沫的屈服强度表达式。获得的AlSi6泡沫制备工艺、结构和性能相互关系的基础数据 ,对AlSi6泡沫的开发应用具有显著意义。
AlSi6 foams were fabricated by Powder-Compact Foaming (PCF) process. The relationships between foam cell structures and the processing parameters were studied. Based on the resulted experimental data and the analyzing of effects of processing parameters on cell structures, optimized fabricating processing schemes were obtained. The mechanical properties of AlSi6 foams were tested, and the corresponding compressive strength expression was analyzed. The resulted fundamental relationship data of processing parameters, cell constructions and compressive properties are significant for both the production and the applications of AlSi6 foams.
