摘要
从1102例桂枝汤及其类方的临床医案分析中,首先论述了桂枝汤在临床使用时的症状、舌象、脉象、病机、治法、用药等6方面特点。进而说明张仲景把营卫二气与脾胃功能紧密联系在一起;以营卫统言气血阴阳;营卫不足则易导致脏腑组织、气血阴阳虚损的观点。桂枝汤调和营卫的特殊意义在于以其调养中焦脾胃为基础,故外可调和营卫,内可调和气血阴阳以理脏腑组织之虚损。
Analysing from 1102 clinical cases treated with Cinnamon Twig Decoction (CTD) and its analogous formulae,the author discusses the characteristics of six aspects of symptom,tongue picture, pulse condition, pathological mechanism, treatment method and herb application in applying CTD in clinic. And then the author explains the viewpoints that Zhang Zhongjing related the nu-trient-qi and defence-qi to functions of spleen and stomach closely; the nutrient-qi and defence-qi are taken to generalize qi-blood and yin-yang; insufficiency of the nutrient-qi and defence-qi will lead to exhaustion of viscera ,organization ,qi-blood and yin-yang. The peculiar significance of harmonizing effect of CTD on the nutrient-qi and defence-qi is that, on the basis of recuperating the functions of the spleen and stomach, it can be used not only to treat the exterior syndromes of deficiency, but also to harmonize qi-blood and yin-yang for treating the interior visceral consumptive diseases.
