摘要
大学新生的心理特点和处于青年初期的高中生的心理特点很相似,不过,由于已进入大学,其环境条件、主要目标、所处的社会地位以及人们对他们的看法等都对其心理产生了新的巨大影响。其中过渡性、闭锁性、社会性、动荡性乃是大学新生具有代表意义的典型心理特征。大学一年级是衔接中学和大学的一个特殊阶段,因此,应配备工作经验丰富,水平高、能力强的教师担任班主任、辅导员,并根据大学新生心理发展的特点,采取积极有效的措施提高新生心理适应能力,为整个大学阶段的教育工作打下良好的基础。
The psychological characteristics of the freshmen are very similar to those of senior school' s students who live in the primary period of adolescence. Nevertheless, because they are freshmen, many factors—enviromental conditions, main target, status and views of other person's— will have new and great influence on their psychology. The transitional, closed, social and disturbed properties are the typical psychological characteristics of the freshmen. The first year of the college life is a special period, which links up the life of middle school with college, and particularly, the first term of the first year is the key period to manage the student's education well. Thus, we should arrange experienced and capable person to work as class advisor or tutor, adopt the positive and effective measures to promote the property of adaptation of freshmen in the light of the psychological developing characteristics of them, and create a good basis for the students' education work of all their college life.
