新城疫病毒杀伤肝癌细胞的体外研究 被引量:2

摘要 新城疫病毒(NDV)是副粘病毒科腮腺炎病毒属成员,其基因组为约15kb的单股负链RNA,主要感染禽类,NDV只有一个血清型,并且根据其F基因117~125位氨基酸裂解位点的序列可将其划分为强毒株和弱毒株.目前国外研究表明NDV溶肿瘤株73-T能选择性杀伤人和动物的肿瘤细胞,具有潜在的治疗多种肿瘤的作用[1,2].国内的研究主要集中在弱毒株La Sota上,有关强毒株F48E9的研究鲜见报道.因此,本实验比较了NDV强毒株F48E9和弱毒株La Sota对肝癌细胞系HepG2的杀伤作用,并初步分析了NDV引起细胞死亡的途径.
