摘要
在层次分析法(AHP)的基础上,采用系统聚类分析的原理对群决策中的专家进行了分类并赋予权重,建立船舶设备合格供应商评价指标体系,并进行了实证运算,实现对合格供应商的科学评价与判断.
Builds evaluating index system for evaluating shipping equipment's qualified supplier. Then it introduces a kind of method named analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to comprehensive evaluating for index right of the system. Next with hierarchical clustering method, the experts in the group decision are classified into several groups and the weight coefficient is given to every expert. Finally, it gives an example to show how to use this method. The aim is to evaluate qualified supplier more reasonable and effectively.
