摘要
本文研究了铅-四(4-三甲胺苯基)卟啉络合物在汞电极上的吸附反应过程。实验证明,铅卟啉络合物在汞电极上有较强吸附。非离子型表面活性剂Tritonx—100对络合物的吸附有增强作用。吸附络合物中的金属离子和配体同时还原产生了灵敏的络合物吸附波。该方法应用于多种样品中的痕量铅测定,得到满意结果。此外,本文还详细地研究了电极反应机理。
The polarographic adsorptive wove of lead with meso-tetra(4-trimethylammoniumphenyl) porphine(T(4-TMAP)P) complex in KOH solution has been studied. In the presence of 0.01% Tritonx-100, E_ρ=-1.08v(vs. SCE). The detection limit is 2×10^(-8)M. The peak height is linearly proportional to the lead concentration over a range of 0.005 to 2μg ml^(-1), The method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of lead in preserved egg, hair and water samples, The mechanism of the adsorptive wave has been studied by several electrochemical methods. The results show that the molar ratio of Pb: T (4-TMAP)P in the complex is 1: 1, the adsorptive wave is ascribed to the reduction of lead and ligand in the complex which strongly adsorbs at DME,
