摘要
目的对西洋参(Panax quinquefolius L.)芦头(rhizoma)进行化学成分研究。方法利用D101大孔树脂吸附-硅胶柱色谱对西洋参醇提液进行分离,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果分离得到2个天然化合物,经质谱法鉴定为拟人参皂苷-F11和人参皂苷-Rd。结论人参皂苷-F11为首次从西洋参芦头中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents in the rhizome of P. quinquefolius L. METHODS: The chemical constituents in the rhizome of P. quinquefolius L. were separated by D101-macroreticular resin-columniation and silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were identified on the basis of physical and chemical quality and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Two crude compounds were isolated and their structures were identified by mass spectrometry as pseudoginsenoside-F11 and ginsenoside-Rd. CONCLUSION: Ginsenoside-F11 was found for the first time from the rhizoma of Panax quinquefolius L.
