摘要
在苗期、现蕾期和盛花期对甘蓝型油菜异核型雄性不育(NCa)和保持材料(CaN)及其亲本分别进行叶片及生殖器官酯酶同工酶分析.并与Nap和Po1系统的不育系和保持系比较。结果表明:NCa和CaN异核型材料表现了种间核基因重组的明显特征和重组的多样性,三种雄性不育系统的酶谱有显著差别。
Esterase isozymes in allo -nuclear CMS materials of B. napus were analysed in seedlins, budding and flowering stages. The isozymes were compared with those of their corresponding parents,polima CMS and Nap CMS. The results indicated that NCa and CaN allo -nuclear materials had nuclear genes' realignment with genetic diversity. The three types of CMS were also different in esterase isozymes bands.
