摘要
网络课件是网络教育的支柱,是实施网络教育顺利与否的关键。网络课件的设计制作必须明确以学为中心的原则。
Now network teaching is the prop in basic education. Network courseware is the backbone of network education and the key of successfully implementing network education. The design and facture of network courseware must definitely regard learning as the center. This is the rule and method of Constructionism.
