摘要 为提高大型火电机组运行的安全可靠性,对连州电厂440t/h循环流化床锅炉配135MW汽轮发电机甩50%ECR(额定连续出力)、100%ECR负荷的方法进行了讨论;结合循环流化床锅炉的自身特点,对甩负荷时锅炉燃料系统、烟风系统、汽水系统等参数的变化进行理论分析与研究,探讨汽温汽压、床温床压、流化风量及燃料量的控制方式。严格控制好流化风量、保持一定的床温及提前干预减温水量是循环流化床锅炉甩负荷试验成功的关键。通过总结循环流化床锅炉甩负荷试验时运行方式与控制方法,提出该类型机组快速变负荷时需把握的主要参数,为该类型机组快速变负荷提供指导。 In order to raise the operating reliability of large thermal power unit, methods of load rejection test at 50% ECR and 100% ECR for a 440 t/h CFB boiler matching 135 MW steam-turbine-generator in Lianzhou Power Plant are discussed. Combining with the characteristics of CFB boiler, theoretical analysis and studies on parameter variations of fuel system, flue gas and air system and steam-water system, etc. were carried out. The control modes for steam temperature and pressure, bed temperature and pressure, fluid flow and fuel quantity were also studied. It is a key to a successful dump test to strictly control the fluid flow, maintain a certain bed temperature and adjust the desuperheating water in advance. By the test, main parameters need to be controlled at quick load variation are promoted and guidelines for this type of units are provided under this circumstance.
