摘要 借助于计算机网络和数字视频技术,提出了一种变电站数字视频远程图像监控系统。该系统基于以太网数据通信,采用TCP/IP协议和2M组网技术,能全面、直观、及时地了解无人值班变电站的各类数据信息和设备运行工况,快捷、准确地捕捉各类设备运行状态的实时图像和现场安全保卫情况,更高效地实现了遥测、遥信、遥控、遥调和遥视的综合功能。 A digital video remote image monitoring system for substation was proposed. The Ethernet is adopted in this system. The TCP/IP protocol and the 2M net-building technology are applied. The information of all kinds of data and the equipments can be monitored in time. The real time images of status for all the equipments in the spot and the safeguard can also be captured rapidly and precisely. Then the so-called 'five-remote' including tele-metering, remote communication, remote control, remote adjustment and remote video is implemented.
