快速溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米级羟基磷灰石 被引量:11

摘要 目的 以四水硝酸钙和五氧化二磷为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂采用溶胶-凝胶法合成纳米羟基磷灰石。方法 利用TG-DTA曲线分析凝胶的特性,利用XRD和FTIR研究干凝胶烧结后的组成变化,并采用TEM观察合成粉体的形貌与尺寸。结果 经700℃焙烧可得到最大粒径25nm左右,分散良好的纳米羟基磷灰石。加入聚乙二醇(PEG)作络合剂,可得到粒径25nm左右,尺寸分布均匀的纳米羟基磷灰石。结论 采用该溶胶-凝胶法可以合成颗粒大小均匀,分散性好的纳米羟基磷灰石粉体。该法的优点是无需调节pH值,且无需剧烈搅拌和长时间的水解即可成胶,HA的合成周期较短,所得纳米粉体的稳定性好。 Objective HA nano-powders were prepared by using a sol-gel method with phosphoric pentoxide (P_2 O_5) and calcium nitrate tetrahydrate [Ca(NO_3)_24H_2O]. Methods Properties of gelation were analyzed by using TG-DTA and HA powders were studied by using XRD, FTIR and TEM. Results It was found that the diameter less than 25 nm of HA powders with good dispersion were obtained at 700℃ sintering temperature using this technique. In order to uniform the size of the HA powders, PEG was added as a chelate reagent. Study under TEM demonstrates that the size of HA powders approaches about 25nm. Conclusion This technique has an advantage over other sol-gel methods in quick synthesizing because of no requiring PH value control, vigorous stirring and long hydrolysis time.
