多节段椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的复习一组应用中华长城椎弓根螺钉系统复位并多节段椎弓根内固定治疗的胸腰椎骨折病人的临床资料,探讨该技术对胸腰椎骨折复位及内固定的临床效果.方法本组12例,应用中华长城椎弓根螺钉系统复位并多节段椎弓根内固定治疗的胸腰椎骨折,均于伤后4小时~2天内手术,所有患者均得到随访,随访时间13个月~25个月,平均17个月.结果本组12例患者均无术中严重并发症,神经功能A级7例中1例无恢复,其余患者均有不同程度的恢复,伤椎高度由术前51.30%恢复为95.94%,矢状面弯曲恢复正常,术后随访伤椎高度丢失1.27%,矢状面Cobb角增加1.54%,没有出现断钉,断棒等.结论应用中华长城椎弓根螺钉系统进行多节段椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折对损伤节段可有满意的复位及内固定效果,而且可有效预防远期纠正丢失及内固定失败. Objective To review a group of clinical dates of china great wall system (CGWS) treatment thoracolumbar fracture and investigate the clinical effect. Methods 12 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were operation in 4 hours to 2 days after injured. Fallow time from 13 months to 25 months, average 17 months. Results all of cases have not serous complication and never function get resume expect A grade 1 patient. The Cobb angle, vertebral angle, anterior body height was get resume than preoperation. It was not appear screw and plate break. Conclusion CGWS for the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture is made of high-quality material and can offer convenient fixation, stability, safe
