摘要
目的: 探讨腹压对尿道膀胱连接部移动度的影响,并比较尿道四个不同侧壁的关闭压,为连接部移动度和尿道关闭压的标准化测量提供理论依据。方法: 应用超声尿动力学检查对40例受检者进行腹压大小和连接部移动度的关系的研究,对56例受检者进行尿道四个壁关闭压的检测,并对尿道四个侧壁(前、后、左、右)的最大关闭压进行比较。结果: 对40例受检者共120例次的同步测量结果表明,腹压和移动度呈正相关(r=0. 64,P=0.0001)。尿道的四个侧壁关闭压存在显著性差异。结论: 在一定腹压范围内,移动度随着腹压的变化而改变, 女性尿道四个侧壁的关闭压具有显著差异。该结果为连接部移动度和尿道关闭压的标准化测量提供了理论依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of abdominal pressure (Pab) to the Urethrovesical Junction Mobility(UVJ-M), urethral different lateral walls to Urethral Closure Pressure(UCP), then offer theoretical basis to the standardized measurement of UVJ-M and UCP. Methods: By applying the sonographicurodynamic method, we examined 40 patients and simultaneously recorded the Pab and UVJ-M,then drew out the relationship between. Pab and UVJ-M. And we examined 30 patients with stress urinary incontinence(SUI) and 26 normal female controls in UPP procedures of four lateral walls by a four-channel urodynamic system,then compared UCP of the urethral four lateral walls(anterior, posterior, left and right). Result: We found out that the Pab correlated to the UVJ-M significantly (r=0.64,P=0.0001) and UCP significantly differented among the four spatial sectors of urethral wall. Conclusions: The UVJ-M changes according to the Pab in certain range and there exists significant unsymmetrication in UCP of the four lateral walls of female urethra., which provided evidence for the standardized measurement of the UVJ-M and UCP.
