纤维素酶应用于酒精糟废水厌氧消化中的研究 被引量:24

摘要 本文研究了纤维素酶在沼气发酵中对沼气产气率的影响。试验结果表明:纤维素酶与原料液预处理的适宜时间为16小时。固体纤维素酶最适添加量为3g/1kg(TS),甲烷产率提高了52.1%,纤维素降解率提高了10.81%:添加液体纤维素酶最适量为30U/1kg(TS),甲烷产率提高了88.80%,纤维素降解率提高了56.22%。 The methane yield effect of cellulase used in anaerobic digestion of distilley wa-stewater was studied. The test results sbowed that the substrat must be treated with cellnlase beforfermentation and the optimal time of pretreatment was 16 hours.Wben cellulase was added in theform of solid state ,the optimum concentration of cellulase was 0.3%. in thes case,the methane yield was 52.1% higher than that of the contrast, the degradation rate of cellulose was 10.81%higher than that of the contrast.Wben using liquid cellulase as additive ,the optimum level was30 U/gTS. The methane yield and the degradation rate of cellulose were 88.80%and 56.22% higkerthan those of the contrast respectively.
