摘要
对低成本快速成型机中工作台的运动特性进行了研究。根据工作台的运动特点,对工作台的运动进行了合理的简化,推导了工作台运动的位移传递函数,以及在工件的边缘处,运动的不均匀产生的惯性冲击。通过仿真和实时跟踪的方法,针对厚壁工件成形中扫描速度及加速度对工作台运动的影响进行了研究。结果显示速度的变化对于工作台的振动并没有明显的影响,但是随着速度的提高,工作台的运动惯性将随着增大。运动加速度将影响到工作台的惯性力的大小,随着加速度的提高,输出速度的波动增大。
The paper is carried on research of two-dimensional worktable moving characteristics on a low cost RP machine. According to the moving characteristics of the worktable, the movement is simplified reasonably, the displacement transmit function of the worktable movement, as well as the inertia impact produced from the un-uniform movement at edge of the aprt are deduced. Through emulation and real time follow method, research on the influence of the scanning speed and acceleration during the forming of heavy wall part on the worktable movement is carried on. The result shows that the change of the speed does not have obvious influence on the vibration of the worktable, but with increasing of the speed, the moving inertia of the worktable is increased. The moving acceleration will the size of the mass force of the worktable, with the increasing of the inertia the fluctuation of the output speed increases.
