摘要 介绍一种用砂带磨削去除摩托车变速箱圆柱面上凸出环带铝合金渣包口及飞边的工作原理、工艺方法、工作过程及其装置设计,其突出特点在于磨头主轴与工件轴呈交叉垂直布置。该工艺和装置用于生产实践,比原来手工锉磨在效率、加工效果上有着质的飞跃,并极大地降低了劳动强度。
