摘要
二十八烷醇开发与应用是当今保健食品研究与开发新热点,该文介绍二十八烷醇的来源、理化性质、生理功能及提取方法;综述二十八烷醇在食品、化妆品、饲料和医药等领域应用进展。
The application of octacosanol in functional foods is of great importance nowadays. The source, distribution, properties and biological function of octacosanol were reviewed in this paper. Also, the application of octacosanol in many kands of fields, especially in food industry, were summarized.
